We were invited by Walt & Tina from @FrontiersmanAdventures to join them in Bardstown, KY for a day (and night) of bourbon tastings and good food. The second oldest town in Kentucky, Bardstown is both charming and hoppin’. It’s a great location to explore and relax while visiting some of the nearby bourbon distilleries that are part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. We had tastings at both Jim Beam (James B. Beam) Distilling Co. and Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience. We dined at Jim Beam’s The Kitchen Table and The Old Talbott Tavern.

We had an amazing time with Walt and Tina exploring the small town, chatting on the balcony of the Talbott Tavern - home of the world’s oldest bourbon bar, and of course, tasting new bourbons and eating great food!

In this video, we’ll show you some of the highlights of our trip, the bourbons we tried and the food we ate. We’ll also tell you about the Distill Inn, the little hotel where we stayed during our visit.
