The retreat offers a comprehensive exploration of the latest knowledge and practices across six key areas: Awareness-Based Human Flourishing, Body, Mind, Heart, Social Fields, Life, and Nature. Each area is introduced with a brief theoretical framework, followed by an experiential space featuring individual exercises such as meditation and journaling, and group dynamics
including dialogue and educational games.
