In this video I show a way to fix the Apple Watch auto-lock issue if you have tattoos. I use Parafilm or budding film to block the oxygen and heart rate sensors so the Apple Watch doesn't go into the auto lock mode when it's on your wrist.

you can buy budding film on Ebay:

Parafilm:

“I took the step and bought my first
Apple Watch 7 today!
I fixed the sensor by adding layers of Caucasian skin color bandaids and it works LIKE A CHARM! Feel free to add the tip in your description so people can use it if other tips don't work for some!
Thank you again for your work it's amazing!”

Hello! Sleeved to my hands on both arms, same issue. Apple support couldn't help via phone or in store. Went into AT&T to see if there was anything that could be done, was told to turn ECG monitoring on to test the sensors. Don't know why it works, but haven't had my watch lock once since I did that, and don't need the film. Was shocked and happy at the same time.

Suprasorb - name of foil which is used for burned are of skin to heal faster, also in my (tattoo) industry to heal tattoos faster... Just place little part of this foil on sensora and it will work perfectly :) Just discovered! You can find it in pharmacy or at your local tattoo shop!
