I have 1200+ characters on Mugen and I will be doing tournaments with all of them to know who is the strongest.
There will be 38 tournaments with 32 characters each + a champions tournament.

If a character bug on a match, it will be restarted, if the character responsible for the bug, does it twice, it will be disqualified.
