SOLIDWORKS CAM can automatically recognize sharp edges for chamfering and automatically create the operation and Toolpath. In the options, check "Curve Features for Chamfering". Extract Machineable Features will create a curve feature. The curve feature identifies all sharp edges, and the size of the chamfer can be modified.
