I have always been passionate about food, love to cook for my family and friends, and have perfected timeless classics that celebrate my heritage.

As a proud Mexican-American Texan — or ‘Texican’, as I like to say — I was raised on some of the most delicious and inspired meals, and I find that there’s no better place to gather with those you love than in the kitchen or around the table.

During my cooking class, I’ll teach you one of my most cherished recipes and together we’ll celebrate the beauty and the legacy of Hispanic culture.
