Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
60 g of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
3 tablespoons of flour (all-purpose).
Mix with a whisk.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Mix.
Sift 600 g of flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
If the dough is sticky, add more flour.
Mix with your hands.
Knead the dough until medium soft, using flour.
Add 60 g of soft butter.
Knead until smooth.
Add another 60 g of butter.
Knead again until smooth.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a towel and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough rose well, soft as a feather.
Knead and form into a ball.
Divide into 8 parts.
Roll each dough into a ball.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough to the size shown in the video.
100 g soft butter.
100 g of flour (all-purpose).
Mix well.
Lubricate the surface.
Roll up.
Repeat the operation with each piece of dough.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Roll out the dough like I did.
Roll up.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Mix well.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
All is ready.
Let them cool completely.
The buns turned out soft, airy and very delicate!
