When the Sweet View Ranch's newly-hired cowboy (literally) runs into a woman coming out of the local jail, he doesn't expect her to be his new partner, and he definitely doesn't expect to find himself attracted to her - especially after his bitter divorce has him convinced he wants nothing to do with women at all. But when Tillman Steiner and Phoebe Clyborn are thrown together to organize a rodeo that could save Sweet View Ranch, will he change his mind?

Stop in for a LIVE preview reading of Jessie Gussman's latest sweet romance, A Cowboy's Calm Strength, and stay for breakfast: Jay is also cooking Christmas Morning Biscuits and Gravy Casserole!

- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/3 cup flour

Make Sausage Gravy:
- In a large skillet, break up the sausage into fine pieces and brown until no longer pink
- Add in flour, stir to coat the sausage and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add in milk bouillon and pepper. Simmer until just thickened (it will thicken more as it cools, so don't overcook it)

Assemble Casserole:

- In a medium sized bowl combine eggs and milk. Mix well.
- Open refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a 9x13 sized casserole dish. Add cut up biscuits, top with scrambled eggs, then prepared gravy, and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until eggs are throughly cooked.

For a make-ahead version:
After assembling the casserole, cover and place into refrigerator until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 35-40 minutes.
