We are at a critical moment in a time that tests our resilience and creativity as well as our values. To build back better and to truly contribute to solutions that build a better world for all, we need to lay a solid foundation. The 4 Pillars of Creative Impact is an invitation to discover and lay that foundation as individuals and leaders. We will explore the 4 Pillars of Creative Impact: Sustainability: Sustainability Is not just a buzz word about saving the environment. To thrive Sustainability must be at the core of our well-being, communities, the health of the planet, and our companies. Consonance: Assuring our intentions and preparation align with our goals. Innovation: Harnessing a new mind and models of partnership to build solutions that inspire, disrupt, and enchant. Celebration: We can become mired down in what haunts us and the work of creating a better world. We also need to remember to meaningfully celebrate our personal and partners’ milestones along the way. The practice of gratefulness is critical. As leaders, people are trusting us with their future, the practice of celebration builds trust and can inspire and sustain us all through even the darkest days.
