From 29 January 2022 rules for all types of road users will be updated in The Highway Code to improve the safety of people walking, cycling and riding horses.  In this video we will discuss the new changes, and how they will affect us as car drivers. We also cover how any mistakes will be marked in the UK Driving Test.
