This week, Tony and the team are talking about furring strips for the flat roof!
Using the Hilti Nuron SCO 6-22 Cut-Out Tool Tony and Pete work together to remove the existing brickwork ready to install the new 4" x 3" tanalised wall plate before the trusses arrive to build out the new roof

Meanwhile at the rear of the property, Alex and Bill are continuing to use the Thermalite Tongue & Groove Aircrete Trenchblocks (3.6n 440 x 215 x 355mm)

After loading out some more trench blocks so Alex can crack on, Tony and James start prepping the wall plate to be installed, but seeing as James is still fairly new to the trade, Tony gives him a quick rundown on how to use the Festool KS 120 REB GB 260mm Electric Double-Bevel Sliding Compound Mitre Saw 240V

Finally, the team work together to work out the falls and explain the flat roof furring strips to James before he and Pete start knocking them up together
