Jeremiah and his fiancé Britney don’t need a high roof van to appreciate what van life has to offer.


They are an outdoor enthusiasts couple that wanted a vehicle they could throw food in the fridge, grab the dogs, load the toys in the van and head off for the weekend. Oh yeah, and they also wanted to put in their garage too. That’s where the idea and design process came from on the all NEW Metris Anacapa built by the trusted people at ADF Sprinters.

This converted van doesn’t have the height restrictions that the normal high roof vans do but has all the amenities of one – A swivel seat, 12V fridge, 100-amp lithium battery bank, 5 gallons water tank, 2 burner propane stove and 2 beds that can sleep a total of 4 adults comfortably. Reminiscent of a Westfalia with a modern Mercedes twist, the Metris Anacapa has a pop top roof that is roll over tested & approved by Mercedes. The bed is on gas shocks which makes it easy to put up and down.

This van was built as an alternative to the much larger and more expensive campers on the market. JJ designed this van to be easy & accessible so anyone can jump into van life without the added pressure & commitment of a Mercedes sprinter or transit.
