Damn I felt that episode right through my soul tbh.
Jodie Comer is such an incredible actress, she deserves all the awards!
I loved getting to see a glimpse into Villanelle's past and understand a bit more why she is the way she is. Of course now I see her as a beautiful baby who must be protected at all cost even more haha.
I think she could have turned out very differently if she had a mother who showed her love and affection and who took care of her as a child. Because yes she has a lot of darkness in her, but also a lot of light that her mother tried to snuff out because she was jealous (and because she refuses to acknowledge her own darkness). I love that Jodie said Villanelle was growing because yes I think she's changing, letting herself feel more and be more vulnerable ever since she met Eve. It makes so much sense too why she's so attracted to her! Because Eve actually wanted to know her, wants to know everything about her and she accepts Villanelle for who she is and I'm guessing she's never felt that before.

Anyway Villanelle deserves only happiness and I love her OK.
