Basheer Zaheer reviews his personal favourite Porsche 911 Carrera S 997.1. The 997 Gen 1 has a few alluring qualities, one of them being that they are truly the last analogue Porsche 911. The 997 Generation 2 unfortunately has to face the new emission laws, with the DFI 3.8 litre engine offering not the exotic sound and character that have intrigued and made us fall in love with the 911 brand since 1963.
