This is the first cooking video in the new kitchen and I am so excited. Bake a bread with me. The bread I will be baking in this video is a traditional Swiss bread called Zopf. I started practicing bread baking just incase I leave Switzerland to live somewhere else I can bake my own. Needless to say, Zopf is one of my favourite Swiss bread and I am excited to share it with you. I hope you will be inspired to bake your own. Enjoy!!
