I decided it was time to sell my Superformance GT40 and buy another Ferrari. I've been looking hard to find a cheap but good condition salvage 430 Scuderia, and one popped up. I ended up getting a pretty good deal on it, but it has been previously stolen, wrecked, and rebuilt. So it's already got a pretty sad history. But we will fix it up. I thought it would be a great adventure to do a road trip back from Miami where I bought it, 1,450 miles back to Texas. The trip was mostly unremarkable except for only a few miles from home, I ended up hitting a deer! I'm really bummed for the deer but fortunately the Scud took it like a champ and barely has any damage.
