The Lincoln Corsair...
Revived from the Edsel line in the late 1950's and synonymous with a pirate ship, this newest Lincoln offering is anything short of amazing. While based on the 2020 Ford Escape, one would be hard-pressed to see any resemblance. The Corsair appears to be a small-scale Aviator outside and in, with a floating, rear-slanted roof, blacked out A, B, C and D pillars and a commanding front facia, and looking inside, an almost mirror copy of the larger Aviator 3-Row SUV. The newest Lincoln's are straying away from the trendy sport luxury vehicles and are leaning more towards the luxury land-yacht super-cruisers. Something Lincoln has been well known for. Understated styling, enormous amounts of luxury, trims and fitments make Lincoln a welcome sight amongst the angry gaping maws of other brand offerings. To that, I say "Thank You, Lincoln. Thank You."
