If you have a can of chick peas and a couple of handy ingredients, you can make Hummus in less than 5 minutes! Here's the recipe:
1 15.5 oucen can of chick peas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-4 tablespoons water
1 garlic clove diced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin
Combine and blend using a stick blender. Here's the one I used is this video:
