Dumpling wrappers
All purpose flour: 360 g
Hot water(80-90°C): 180 g

Sichuan pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Five-spice powder: 1/8 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Regular soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Meat broth: 125 g
Flour: 1 tbsp
Egg: 1
Welsh onion: 1
Hot oil: 2 tbsp

Ice flower pattern ratio
Flour: 1 tbsp
starch: 1/2 tbsp
baking powder: 1/2 tsp
water: 1 cup.
To fry 56 dumplings, you need a total of 3 cups of water with 3 tbsp flour, 1.5 tbsp starch and 1.5 tsp baking powder.
