In a recent Bloomberg interview, Panasonic’s CTO announced that they are working to increase the capacity of the 2170 batteries that they produce for Tesla at Giga Nevada and he also revealed when Panasonic plans to start production of their own 4680 batteries in Japan, and it should be SOON!
