There are actually several ways to express the amount of light reduction, for example, you can use "stop", "point + number", or "ND number". I know all these numbers are very confusing, but I will explain these three calculation methods and I will also let you know how to calculate the exact "stop" that you need in order to get the perfect exposure that you want.
