Hey everyone. As I near finishing my rewatch of Cobra Kai (after binging all four seasons for the first time in the beginning of the year), I'm back with another video for this show, this time a tribute to Johnny and his estranged relationship with his son Robby.

I have to say I've loved so far what the show has done by complicating Johnny as a character from the little insight we got into his character from the original Karate Kid movies. Even back then, I loved his character, but it's great to see him developed more in the show, and one of the things I loved most about what the show has done is the dynamic between him and Robby. That's what I wanted to explore with this video, mainly how Robby ends up following in Johnny's footsteps when it comes to his involvement in Cobra Kai, how they both were manipulated by Kreese, and how they both come to realize they must break ties with dojo. In addition to this, I also just wanted to point out the ways they are similar, despite Robby saying he is nothing like his father. The video does contain spoilers from season four, so don't watch if you haven't seen the fourth season yet and don't wish to be spoiled.
