Here’s an example of what I usually eat in a day. I try to eat food that will serve as fuel for energy throughout the day.
Breakfast: Green Smoothie
-Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Fresh Bananas
- 1 Teaspoon Moringa powder
- 1 teaspoon Boabab powder
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed ground
- 1 teaspoon chia seed ground
- 1 teaspoon Chlorophyll & Spurilina
Snack: Rice Cake with Almond butter
Lunch/Dinner: Grilled Fish with mixed Green vegetables
Snack/Dessert: Strawberries/Blueberries
