Learn how to create a glowing text effect around a person's head in Photoshop. This is a 3D sphere text which goes around a circle.You can use this Photoshop tutorial to make a cool portrait effect with a glow text.

The first thing is you need to create a text. Make sure the text and words fits the whole width of the document. Then save the file which will be used later. Then we will generate the sphere in the 3d mode. We will then place this text in the sphere to create the effect that it is going in a circle or halo shape.

Then drop this text on your main photo. Use the move tool to adjust the angle and size. You then can add the glow effect to the text.

You have to use the 3D mode in Photoshop which can be buggy sometimes. If you are having some issues, then go to "Edit - Preferences - Performance" and enable "Use Graphics Processor". You can also increase the Vram under "Edit - Preferences - 3D".
