In this video, I react for the first time to beatboxer Gene Shinozaki performing ‘Metamorphosis’ for the Grand Beatbox Battle (GBB) 2021. In this video, I analyse his amazing performance, explain and (occasionally) demonstrate his vocal techniques and I'll tell you what I think made it so great. Beatbox keeps blowing my mind with the creativity and innovation in sound!
