Just a quick note on what I did. If the original flange had been glued up in the right direction I wouldn't have had to bore the slots like I mentioned. One thing to note, this also consumes another 3/8" or so of your toilet mounting bolts. Not sure if they make longer bolts or not, but there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room here.
