This video is a snippet from "Mindstorm," a software program developed by Janssen. The program itself allowed participants to use a VR headset and other devices (e.g., fan, smell producing machine) to experience the positive symptoms of schizophrenia and bipolar mania.

This video depicts the auditory (i.e., voices) and visual (e.g., newpaper headlines, pizza box text) hallucinations that can be experienced in a psychotic episode. (It is recommended that people who have had previous episodes of psychosis not watch this video.)

The video is shared for educational purposes under Section 107 of the Copyright Act.
