If you want to restore a 1986 to 1995 Mercedes don't go out and buy one that needs rust repair, new paint, interior rejuvenation, or major mechanical work. If you have the room to store and space to work I recommend you buy two to make one good one. I have done this many times over the years. Mate one with a very nice body and interior but with a bad engine to one that is damaged or ratty with a good engine. I will explain more in this video by showing you a very good example of this type of project.
