If you own a Pressure Washing / Power Washing Company, there is a good chance you've been approached by large companies you can "buy" leads from or who will send you referrals for a fee. Often times they are VERY persistent and aggressive with their marketing tactics.

Here is an interesting little case study where we do some google searches and uncover some questionable marketing practices by some of the larger names in this "Referral/Lead business". You very well might be paying to compete with yourself if you're paying money to some of these companies. They have websites out there that look like "pressure washing websites" that are competing with ad space and ranking of your own organically created web-site, and you might be paying for that privilege.

Of course all of this is purely my opinion and I'm making no claims regarding the good or bad practices demonstrated on these web searches.
