BU Students and Faculty attend this Tai Chi class at Boston University Marsh Chapel to find peace, balance and clarity. Tai chi has been shown to improve muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and strengthen the cardiovascular system. Classes are offered free of charge twice a week to BU community members: all-level classes are offered on Wednesdays, advanced classes on Mondays.
