4 potatoes.
1 glass. boiling water of potatoes. (200 ml).
1 egg.
1 pack of dry yeast (10 grams).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
5 cups of flour (600 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (15 ml).

For the filling:
1 onion.
minced meat (500 grams).
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of mint.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).

Waiting time: 30 minutes.
