The Chinese government has just made a big change to one of its laws to help deal with its ageing population. It’s scrapping a policy limiting couples to two children and will now let them have three. But it wasn’t that long ago that families were only allowed one! We find out why China put limits on having babies in the first place and why it's had to change in recent years.
