PayPal is likely going to generate billions of dollars in FCF soon from its PYUSD stablecoin.
Here is why:
--Stablecoin is projected to grow 2,200% to $2.8 trillion in the next five years from today's $125 billion.
-- Tether with their USD coin recorded a net profit of $1.48 Billion last quarter alone.

--Stablecoin volume outpaced MASTERCARD already !

--PayPals PYUSD is the first stablecoin launched by a "classic" fintech.
It is designed to streamline payments in the PayPal application for its customers and remove the necessity to use fiat U.S. Dollar, Bitcoin or an altcoin for money remittances and payments in e-commerce.
This makes all of PayPal's operations more streamlined and cost efficient.
--PayPal will have more customers to offer PYUSD worldwide.
--Tether's reserves hits a record $86.5 billion in second quarter, $20 billion more than PayPal's current market cap!
--PYUSD is now offered on the two largest exchanges including Coinbase as well as PayPals 431 million customers.

--PYUSD already minted $41 million last week a 220% surge.
-- It could be a slow uptake initially for PYUSD but I think its going to take off soon with PayPal being the first to offer this to their customers while VISA and ACH eventually becomes a thing of the past.

Many will say PayPal is Blockbuster but really they are Netflix.
PayPal also shifted to digital and created PYUSD like Netflix did with it's originals and can offer it to their existing customers as well as hedging with braintree via Applepay and Venmo.
