During the depths of my time away from work I became creative in ways to entertain myself. Since I rent space in a communal woodshop I decided going over night would be my best bet for privacy, and the greatest chance for excitement. I gave myself a goal: build a chair overnight so I can watch the sunrise in comfort.

I designed this folding beach chair as a fun addition to my time spent in parks and on beaches with friends. These plans are available for a reasonable price and the wood required is only a few 2x4's. For under $30 you can have yourself a folding beach chair, and a little bit of bragging rights at the beach.
