I've been sitting on this footage for awhile now, but decided today of all days was a good day to release it. Much of this was filmed during the early lockdown in the pandemic at my old condo. This was probably an all-time low for me mentally. But out of these lows usually comes a spark of creativity.

I decided to create a sequel to my "Alan Watts - Lost" video that I ironically filmed right before the pandemic happened (which I'm happy to say that video now has over 58,000 views on Youtube - does that make me famous?). The words by Alan Watts here deeply resonate with me, and I feel they may resonate with many of you as well.

I'm not one to speak up on these topics, and definitely am not one to give advice. But as bad as the last two years have been, I think it's taught us that we all need help once in a while.
