Lean Meat
▢1 lb Beef Bottom Round or Venison
Marinade
▢¾ cup beef broth
▢¼ cup worcestershire sauce
▢1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
▢1 teaspoon black pepper (fresh cracked)
▢1 tablespoon brown mustard
▢2 garlic cloves (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
▢¼ teaspoon parsley flakes (freshly chopped)
▢½ teaspoon chili powder
▢2 teaspoon liquid smoke (hickory)
Optional
▢¼ teaspoon Curing Salt (Prague Powder #1)
