AL-MUNTAQIM
Meaning:

The avenger. The one who avenges the wrong doers. The one who takes retribution.
Effects:

No one can harm Allah (swt) the creatures hurt each other and cause loss and damage to each other. This quality of Allah (swt) has been inculcated in the creatures to a limited extent by the Lord. Allah (swt) has permitted us to avenge fairly but its better to leave the matter to Allah (swt)
Treatment:

Those who are helpless and are unable to avenge the wrongdoers should recite ‘Ya-Muntaqimu’ 1009 times after every prayer till three Fridays, insha Allah soon Allah (swt) will avenge the enemy.
