Song ~ Kamisama by Varien ft. Miyoki
I flew out to Japan on 3/15 and left 3/24. My review: The country is absolutely beautiful. The nature is breathtaking, the culture is cool, and there were a lot more shrines than I was expecting. I wasn't a fan of a lot of the food (don't be offended, I literally am such a picky eater that I only like burgers, cooked chicken and pasta) but they did have a lot of cool snacks and drinks there. The sights were amazing and I would definitely go back there again.
Places in order:
Day 1: Sensoji Temple, Shinto Shrine, Harajuku Shopping District, Akihabara.
Day 2: Shibuya and Tokyo Skytree
Day 3: Buddha Temple, Kamakura and Atami.
Day 4: Owakudani Boiling Springs, Mount Komagatake, Lake Ashi, Odawara Castle, Bullet Train
Day 5: Golden Pavilion, Nijyo Castle, Nara Park, Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Shrine
Day 6: Bamboo Forest, Iwatayama Monkey Park, Fushimi Shrine
Day 7: Kiyomozu-dera Temple, Osaka
Day 8: Osaka and depature
