Din Djarin, the stoic member of the Children of the Watch has thrilled the world’s most stubborn fans, SW fans, in his quest to find a forever home for his former bounty The Child. In the course of his adventures, he’s met some new enemies like The Client and the Darksaber wielding Moff Gideon as well as connecting up with some legacy characters bumping around in the New Republic era trying to figure out what their lives will be without the Empire. Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan is understandably fostering a little bit of resentment for the whole Jedi thing while she hunts down a figure who made a name for himself hassling another Padawan in Ezra Berger from SW: Rebels. He met and eventually befriended an IG droid similar to IG-88 and the on-again-off-again leader of Mandalore, Bo-Katan. He’s even dug into his own past, is hired to break his former teammate turned rival Qin out of a Republic jail only to have that team predictably betray him. All of this was set against the backdrop of Moff Gideon and The Client super wanting their ill-gotten bounty back and gain access to his precious force-sensitive blood, presumably to clone a certain former emperor. Now that the child is in good hands at least until Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren mess up the place-the question remains, who’s next? What will send Din on a season-spanning arc this time? Rebels baddies Thrawn or the Grand Inquisitor? Clone Wars bounty hunter Cad Bane? Someone we’ve never heard of? The possibilities are endless. Who do you want to see in the next season?
