The Ergatta Lite is a new compact, lightweight, and less expensive rower from Ergatta. Even though it’s cheaper, it doesn’t sacrifice quality. The Ergatta Lite has a wooden design that’s traditional for water rowers. This is a great rower for most, but if you’re taller than 6’5” and need a weight limit over 320 lbs, I would check out the original Ergatta Rower.

The gaming content on the touch screen is what makes this rower stand out. The games are structured as workouts, having you focus on pacing and strokes per minute. The games and objectives are simple, but engaging so it doesn’t feel like you’re working out.

Ergatta has also implemented training videos and a Coach AI feature to assess your rowing form. It is accessed through the Ergatta App but is included with Ergatta’s membership.

We highly recommend checking out the content and recommend this rower to folks who want unique training content on a stable and quiet water rower.
