Purpose with this movie is to share my insights and hopefully create motivation for others to participate in SMCs advanced courses. The course is also called Break and Curve Course or in Swedish "Broms och Kurv Kurs". The movie reflects the first day and step in their advanced training program.The instructors at the course was very professional and shared their knowledge in a safe environment, enabling us to learn and evolve throughout the day.
