There are relatively few ships that survived both the Battle of Jutland and the Second World War. The Queen Elizabeth-class (Barham excepted) are the most common example. Followed by HMS Revenge.

However, an older ship is also relevant here. HMS Iron Duke, Admiral Jellicoe's flagship at Jutland.

This old dreadnought, one of the oldest left in the Royal Navy, saw out both World Wars. From Jutland, to German air attack in Scapa Flow during the Second World War. While forced to beach herself after those attacks, Iron Duke survived the war.

Not a bad run, really.
