Listening Tips

To get the most out of the videos, close your eyes and visualize what you are hearing. This will focus your thoughts. Since you can only focus on one thought at a time, the concerns of the day will melt away and allow you to relax sooner. This is why there are no visuals in the Videos or Thumbnails. It is more effective if you create your own image of the sound when listening to it.

Do not place speakers close to anyone's ears. Loud sounds can damage your hearing. While playing one of our videos, the sound should be louder than other sounds in the room. But you should still be able to have a conversation without talking loudly.

While listening to any of our videos, do not drive or perform activities that could result in injury should you fall asleep.
