We can give a lot of our energy and power away to others, both on a conscious and subconscious level. So in this session, you'll learn to identify unhealthy attachments, call back your power, and set boundaries to protect your energy.

I'll guide you through a powerful cord-cutting meditation to remove any energetic bonds that you may have to other people, places, beliefs and things.

How do we know when we have energetic attachments? Well, it often starts with a feeling of being drained either mentally, emotionally or physically. Attachments also cause a lack of focus, mood swings and disharmony.

These attachments can form from unbalanced relationships, and fears, such fears about the future, anxiety about current world events, worries about money and so on.

Our energy can be siphoned off in many other ways, such as by repeatedly thinking negative thoughts, by having negative habits, and sometimes by subscribing to certain belief patterns and systems that do not serve us.

Even something such as watching too much news can drain us of our energy and power. While it is important to be aware of what’s happening in the world around us, we must be cautious about how often we let this contrast stream of ‘bad’ news into our life. When we watch or listen to the news too much it can negatively affect our nervous system, and put our body into a state of fight or flight.

Remember, your energy is almost always better spent creating the world that you want to live in, rather than reacting to it.

So choose to become more aware of your energy. Notice what drains you and what lights you up. Choose to set strong boundaries in your life and reclaim your energy and your power.
