Heart rate sensor: https://mikeobrienmedia.com/Polar-H10
(Polar H10 is known to be one of the most accurate in the industry and therefore acts as a great standard to which I compare smartwatch heart rate sensors)

ADDITIONAL REVIEW NOTES:
PHYSICAL
Aluminum casing
4 colors - this is ice blue
Fans in rear
Power button on keyboard
Hidden speakers
Ambient light sensor

KEYBOARD
Soft touch keyboard backing - like velvet made of rubber
Great for when the laptop is cold
Quiet and subtle
Not a ton of key travel
Some flex in the middle
Plastic keys
3 levels of backlighting
Caps lock looks like it is always on
Passable, but far from my favorite. I think I would get used to this and eventually be able to type very fast, but for now, I am used to the logitech MX keys for Mac
Trackpad is passable, but again feels like premium plastic rather than any metal

DISPLAY
13.5” but 3:2 ratio, so larger than you think
8.8” x 12.2”
2256 x 1504
10 point multitouch
Surface pen enabled
Brightness is sufficient for outdoor settings or bright rooms, but there definitely is substantial glare

SPEAKER TEST
CAMERA TEST
BATTERY TEST:
95% at 5:41pm
66% at 11:00am

SPECS
17 hr battery (19 with AMD)
11th gen quad core Intel i7 with 8 logical processors
16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, but this was hard to find. Most have i5, 8GB
Technically the max is 32GB

PROS
Nice, balanced hinge with no shake and smooth open/close
Large, bright display
Quick responsive processor
Soft touch keyboard backing feels very nice!
Very light and very thin, with a premium external feel

CONS
it look like caps lock is on
There is definitely some flex in the keyboard while you type, but it is not bad at all
Few frills at this price. Some competition for similar prices have S-pens, wireless chargers, touch bars, fingerprint sensors, and more premium build quality
Needs dongles to compensate for lack of ports
720p webcam
