Amazing to be able to explore such a place in its original condition just to be able to see how it was operating back in its time without the modern day destructive vandalism was awesome.

Built when the Port Adelaide docks were constructed in 1880 this building was still in use in the 1990’s and has been abandoned for decades. Over 100 years of use with the only modern alteration to the building a false ceiling and office area when you first walk in at the entrance, and flushing toilets'

Beautiful arched windows, fluted metal column construction with massive riveted metal beams on lower levels and solid timber construction in the upper levels.

Exploring the basement was super sketchy and a very interesting place.
