♡ recipe: protein overnight oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- a few drops myprotein toffee drops
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 15g protein powder (i use myprotein speculoos flavoured one)
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds

♡ recipe: one pan chicken and rice (full recipe and details by @emthenutritionist on instagram)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (seasoned with thyme, herb mix, salt and pepper)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato/pepper paste
- some sundried tomatoes
- handful of cherry tomatoes (guys we don't measure exactly here over😂)
- 100g green olives
- basil stems finely chopped
- 100g basmati rice
- 300ml warm chicken stock
- 1 lemon
- basil leaves to finish
