seven years ago today, i left my little world to find some answers.

i had left a frightened boy with no love in his heart,
but i discovered a couple things living on the road.

i learned the world is not so scary.

i found my voice and the thing i love to do most. I think once you find that thing, you should do all you can to keep it close.

i learned if you give strangers a piece of your heart, amazing things can happen.

whatever you do, don't lose that inner child.
you have to learn to love playing the fool.
life isn't meant to be so serious.

i learned life happens in seasons.
when the tide is high, go big.
but learn to rest, when it's low.

control seems to be an illusion.
i found the more you can surrender yourself, the most life has to give.

i learned I can do things on my own.
but i also learned,
that i don't have to.
