Kamo Mphela exploded onto the SA music scene with dance moves that lit up social media, but she was never going to stop there.

Now just 23 years old, she has earned the title "Queen of Amapiano" as she selected this proudly South African music genre as her genre of choice to dance to, and now embodies what she calls "The Amapiano Lifestyle".

Her dancing ability was only matched by her singing and with her debut track, Suka Emabozen off of her debut album, Twentee, she simply took over the airwaves and established herself as a real player in SA's music industry and popular culture.

In this wide-ranging interview she chats to us about what she associates with SA car culture, from the insane collection of cars parked outside of Konka every weekend, to the Cara-Cara VW Caravelle and the BMW 325i which has dominated South Africa's massive spinning scene.
