A quick, easy and economical jam cake will delight you for a moment. Its advantage is that it is very, very soft and airy.

Mix well.
50 ml milk (5 tablespoons).
Mix well.
50 ml of vegetable oil (8 tablespoons).
Mix well.
110 g wheat flour (5 rounded tablespoons).
Mix well.
16 g baking powder (2 rounded teaspoons).
Mix well.
Casserole dish 18 cm, line with baking paper, grease and dust with flour.
Put some batter in a baking dish.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and spread with apricot jam.
Place the rest of the batter on top of the jam.
Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down well.
Grease the cake with jam.
You can decorate with anything (I chopped peanuts).
It turned out to be a very tender cake.
